Art of Living Yoga: Sitting Half Spinal Twist 1 (Ardha Matsendrasana 1)

  1. Ardha MatsendrasanaSit up with the legs stretched out straight in front of you, keeping the feet together and the spine erect.
  2. Place the left hand on the left knee; right hand behind you.
  3. Twist to the right and look over the right shoulder.
  4. Hold.
  5. Breathing out, come back to the front.
  6. Repeat to the other side.
  7. Breathing out, come back to the front and relax.
