  1. UtkatasanaHands stretched in front of your body with the palms facing downwards.
  2. Feet slightly apart
  3. Slowly bend the knees while keeping your back straight as if sitting on an imaginary chair
  4. Hold for a few seconds
  5. Sit down
  • Strengthens the lower body and torso
  • Stretches shoulders
  • Opens the chest
  • Strengthens the muscles useful for healthy knees
